Think about it. Every time you’ve got something exciting to share, you probably tell your closest friends and family members about it, don’t you? Who is the first person you share exciting news with? That person who just popped in your head should be the first person you share this exciting news with. The story of what Jesus did for you on the cross should be the most exciting story you ever tell. What He did for you, and the story of how you came to know Jesus, is what we call your testimony.
Your testimony is something you should share proudly. Just like when a mother or a father is proud of something good their child does, your Heavenly Father is proud of you every time you share what His Son, Jesus did for all of mankind. The Bible tells us to always be ready to share your testimony. 1 Peter 3:15 – But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.
Don’t let what Jesus did for you become your best kept secret. Don’t be afraid if you don’t know all of the answers. Use this website as a tool to help share your testimony. You can send your friends to our FREE GIFT page, and they can read it for themselves if you’d like.
One thing that might help you share your testimony with those you care about is to think about them. Think about them burning in Hell for an eternity. Imagine that person, this very moment, screaming in pain and in torment and being burned by fire. If you’ve ever been burned before, you have a slight idea of how that would feel. If that person dies without knowing Jesus, that’s exactly what will happen. Revelation 20:15 – And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. It’s up to you to warn them. It’s up to you to share with them the Gospel. It’s up to Jesus to save them.
